I did two sound performances in Sverre Fehn’s museum, Storhamarlåven, in connection with Museumsnatt in Hamar on Wednesday 8 May 2024. I was very much looking forward to playing the “Fehn” piece in the building where the sounds originally live. After I took field recordings and extracted sounds from this building in autumn 2022, I have played concerts with the field recordings from this building in Malmö, Copenhagen, Torshavn, Helsinki, Venice, Prague and Oslo … and now finally “at home” at Domkirkeodden. What an honor it is to play in such beautiful buildings!
