Artist: Gisle Nataas

Gisle Nataas has created the sound installation “Fehn / 3” in architect Sverre Fehn’s museum project Storhamarlåven at Domkireodden in Hamar. The sound installation consists of sounds from Fehn’s architecture. The installation opened 25 May 2022.

Gisle Nataas is a trained architect and creates sound art with field recordings from architecture and urban spaces. In the exhibition ‘Fehn / 3’ at Stormamarlåven, sounds from Sverre Fehn’s architecture are taken from its materials and spaces and then put back together. How does the sound of architecture sound?
